Registry keeping and Custody
META-X investment company, being the account operator for the unified securities registry keeping and settlement system of the Central Depository of Armenia, acts as the intermediary for the following Depository services:
Registry-related services:
- securities registry maintenance and keeping,
- registration of transactions related to placement of securities,
- registration of transactions related to corporate actions,
- provision to the issuer of the list of registered securities and other information,
- registration of changes related to the issuer.
Securities custody:
- account opening and maintenance,
- securities transfers,
- pledging and release of securities,
- blocking and unblocking of securities accounts,
- provision to account holders of account statements and other information.
